      Built in 1710 for the aristocratic Orlebar family and modelled on the original Buckingham Palace, Hinwick House is a grand Grade I listed Queen Anne country house set in 38 acres of magnificent parkland.

      Hinwick House has served as a private family residence for the last 302 years, and the estate consists of the Queen Anne Main House spread over 3 floors with over 20 bedrooms, the Victorian Wing, the Stables, 3 Turret Cottages, the Great Hall, 2 ornamental lakes, a deer park, a magnificent clock tower, a period walled garden and an ancient dovecote.

      We recently had our work Christmas Doo at Hinwick House and it couldn’t have been more of a success. The house itself is incredible and the photos don’t do it justice. We were recommended to use a catering company for the evening meal which was great and it was extremely easy to communicate with Galina and she was very helpful! Each room in the house is completely unique and it was very fun exploring. Would definitely recommend staying here for any sort of work event or party!

      On instructions from the owners of the estate, we limit the number of weddings we allow every year. This keeps the estate pristine and preserved and allows for a guest to benefit from a private non-commercial venue that to this day remains a secret. Hiding in plain sight a true example of classical Georgian splendour, HINWICK house is waiting to welcome you in at arms.
